The position offers a balanced combination of hands-on development and architectural work. Required Experience We are looking for someone with extensive experience in backend development who has previously taken on technical leadership responsibilities. You are likely to thrive in this role if you are:

  • A strong communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions
  • Collaborative and willing to share knowledge
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented
