Affärsanalytiker

En affärsanalytiker kan också kallas för affärsutvecklare eller för affärsrådgivare. Affärsanalytikern har en viktig roll när det gäller att se till att de investeringarna som företag och organisationer gör skapar ett affärsvärde. Du arbetar med att stödja företag genom att ta fram analyser inför större investeringar.

Affärsanalytiker behöver ha god analytisk förmåga för att kunna se hur företaget bäst utnyttjar de resurser och tillgångar som redan finns, i förhållande till de företaget behöver skaffa för att nå ett lyckat resultat med affären.

Affärsanalytiker finns inom områden som marknadsföring, finans och utveckling, men du kan också arbeta med teknikorienterade uppgifter inom IT eller inom projekthantering. Det finns mängder av olika definitioner på vad en affärsanalytiker är och arbetar med, det kan vara allt från affärsbehov, exempelvis hantering av tekniska affärssystem, konsolidering till företagsomfattande analyser.

Utbildning

Många universitet och högskolor både i Sverige och utomlands erbjuder relevanta utbildningar som passar för detta yrke.

Utbildning i ekonomi och kunskaper eller breddning i teknik krävs, du kan t.ex vara utbildad civilingenjör i kombination med utbildning eller erfarenhet inom affärsbyggande. 

Framtidsutsikter

Det blir allt viktigare för dig som vill arbeta som affärsanalytiker att du även lär dig marknadsföring och försäljning. Allt färre affärsanalytiker kommer vara specialiserade på ett fåtal områden. Utmaningen är alltså att bli ännu mer affärsorienterad och ändå behålla dina tekniska kunskaper.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is 2-fold

Management of Projects and Project Core Teams:

  • Lead the cross-functional coordination of teams to ensure alignment and proper resourcing and prioritization.
  • Lead and execute innovation program(s).
  • Define, measure and communicate project progress to leadership functions: ­­­­­­
  • Identify, prevent and manage risks
  • Track and ensure on time delivery of project deliverables
  • Develop full scale project plan including project tasks and resource requirements
  • Manage Design History File and project documentation
  • Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders
  • Align the company’s general business targets with the project’s objectives and outcomes


Process & Organization development

  • Participate in development and continuous improvement on best practices for project execution and talent development for PMO.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to strengthen competencies across PMO
  • Contribute to improvement and implementation of cross functional internal processes
  • Support implementation of good / industry standard project management and processes
  • Act as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate project activities in cross-functional teams to support new product development of In Vitro Diagnostic assays
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Manage Design History File, Risk Management Riles and project documentation.
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Maintain / manage project intranet SharePoint sites
  • Support implementation of good / industry standard project management and processes


TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

  • Complete all assigned and required training on time

  • Certified Practitioner in Danaher Business System Tools


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

  • B.S degree in the Sciences field with 2+ years of related work experience or
  • Master’s degree in the field of Sciences field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, quality conscious and self-driven
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Medical device and/or In Vitro Diagnostic product launch experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities • Responsible for the development and monitoring of TATAAs pricing strategy and cost analysis. • Develop and execute the pricing strategy and cost analysis for TATAAs lab services projects, including analyzing pricing and profitability by project and service line. • Identify and execute strategic pricing analysis and competitor benchmarking for TATAAs product portfolio. • Coordinate between different departments to ensure needs are accurately forecasted and budgeted. • Develop the budget and forecasting process. • Review historical revenue and cost trends and drivers to develop a detailed budget by department and service / product line • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting process and methodology. • Other responsibilities may include process improvement initiatives, KPI reporting, etc. • Work in the NetSuite ERP system. Det skriftliga testet hålls på Italienska Kulturinstitutet i Stockholm och innefattar översättning mellan de ovan nämnda språken på max 3 timmar.
