Arbete som trendanalytiker är väldigt varierande. Du behöver lära dig nya saker varje dag och samarbeta med människor som är proffs i sina respektive branscher.
Trendanalytiker fokuserar på trender, långsiktiga förändringar av konsumentbeteende, arbetsmarknad och samhällsfrågor. Utifrån dessa data gäller det sedan att dra rätt slutsatser för att kunna leverera framtidsanalyser som beställs av olika sortens företag, t.ex. tillverkningsföretag och medieföretag som vill veta vad kunderna kommer att tycka om deras framtida tjänster- och produkter.
Trendanalytiker kan göra små snabba undersökningar på uppdrag från små och medelstora företag, men även stora undersökningar för organisationer och myndigheter. Det finns många som anser att de är mycket viktiga även för demokratin, därför att det är viktigt att myndigheter har möjlighet att skapa sig en bild av vad människor till exempel tycker och tänker om deras myndighetsutövning och service.
En trendanalytiker kan arbeta som futurologist, dvs med att ge råd om i vilken riktning företaget eller organisationen ska röra sig i. I jobbet som futurologist ingår det bl a att ha koll på trender, teknisk utveckling och beteendemönster hos kunder.
Utbildning
Trendanalytiker arbetar inom olika branscher och därför kan ha varierande utbildningsbakgrund. Ett exempel på vilken utbildning en trendanalytiker kan ha är studier i företagsekonomi och i journalistik på högskolan. Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet som tjänsteman och inom den politiska världen kan vara meriterande, precis som erfarenhet av att arbeta på olika privata företag.

För att kunna trivas som trendanalytiker är du en person som gillar att samla fakta, undersöka företeelser, analysera och sammanställa stora mängder information. Du jobbar i en mycket kunskapsintensiv miljö och samarbetar med många människor som har olika sorters specialkunskap.

We provide scenario-based forecasts of power prices and analysis of price drivers to support decision making in the traded market horizon and beyond.
You will work as part of an international team of highly professional, skilled analysts. The team is located in Hamburg and Stockholm.
Main tasks & responsibilities
You will analyse the Nordic power market and the future of the power system in order to understand its implications for Vattenfall’s assets and business. You provide important input for the planning of our assets, development of trading strategies, valuation of power plants, cables and wind assets, as well as ad-hoc analysis for decision support. Our analysis is based on fundamental power forecasting models covering our core markets on the continent and in the Nordics.
Your main tasks as a Junior Fundamental Analyst are:
- Active engagement with our stakeholders to understand their specific needs
- Support our stakeholders with fundamental power market analysis for decision support. In particular:
-Provide price prognosis and ad-hoc analyses for our stakeholders
-Support our Trading business with fundamental market insights
-Support the Vattenfall Group with long-term market analysis
- Operation and development of our Nordic power price models
As part of your continuous development as an analyst, you will also do an assignment in which you will work operationally, supporting the price forecasting shift in Vattenfall’s Nordic dispatch centre, creating the short-term price forecasts to support bidding strategies and dispatch decisions for our power generation units. Depending on business needs and your development path, supporting other operational shifts may also be an option. During this period, it is possible that you will have to work outside normal office hours.
This experience will strengthen your understanding of our business and give you the opportunity to understand how our analyses are used.

About the role
For our Paid Social Marketing we search for someone with practical experience in digital analysis who enjoys thinking strategically with data, and always has one eye on the bigger picture. Knowledge of and a keen enthusiasm for running experiments and identifying insights from data is a must as well as proven experience in managing large datasets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Running and ensuring a successful outcome of our Facebook campaigns on a daily basis.
- Following up closely and making necessary changes to always ensure highest profitability.
- Proactively identifying opportunities and making recommendations to improve campaigns effectiveness and bringing the system to the next level by developing analytical systems and executing A/B tests independently.
- Testing and analyzing the potential of paid advertisement for further SoMe platforms such as Pinterest, Tiktok, Snapchat.
- Producing and presenting regular reports which include results and recommendations to the Head of Marketing and the Board.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Marketing or Business degree and/or 12+ months experience running digital marketing campaigns.
- Possess and demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking and research skills.
- Ability to work on numerous concurrent projects, with attention to deadlines.
- Self-motivated, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and conduct independent research.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment.
- Fluent in English.
Salary
Compensation includes a competitive salary. Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience. No relocation assistance available.

What you will do
- Working as a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the heart of Klarna’s success. Together with your Growth Teams you will design and implement Marketing Automation flows in our CRM-system Braze.
You should have
- Minimum 1 year experience of working with CRM & Marketing Automation.
- Experience of working in a CRM / Marketing Automation tool and building trigger-based marketing campaigns.
- Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign result.
- Working proficiency and verbal and written English skills.
