Arbete som säkerhetspolis är ett varierande jobb som innebär att du behöver vara uppmärksam. Ibland sker snabb tempoväxling efter att du har spanat på en lägenhet i timmar och sedan händer allt på en gång och du måste vara redo att agera direkt. En säkerhetspolis kan vara den gamla damen vid busshållplatsen, målaren i kassakön eller småbarnsmamman med matkasse. Säkerhetspolisens spanare kan vara nästan vem som helst i vardagsbilden.
Att arbeta som säkerhetspolis innebär också att du inte kan berätta om ditt jobb och vad du gör på dagarna för vänner och bekanta. Du kan heller inte dela dina dagliga sysslor i sociala medier och liknande. Du kanske även måste hålla saker hemliga för din närmaste familj.
Är du intresserad av ett spännande och varierande arbete så kan yrket som säkerhetspolis passa dig. Säkerhetspolisen söker både män, kvinnor, äldre och yngre så yrket är öppet för många olika människor.
Om du vill arbeta åt Säkerhetspolisen (SÄPO) så måste du ofta först utbilda dig till polis. Efter ett antal år i tjänst som polis, kan du söka tjänster inom SÄPO.
När Säkerhetspolisen rekryterar så anger de vilka krav på tidigare utbildning du behöver för en viss tjänst.
Ett krav för att jobba inom Säkerhetspolisen är att du är svensk medborgare eftersom alla befattningar är säkerhetsklassade. Det betyder också att du kommer att gå igenom en säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll och att du måste bli godkänd i den för att få anställning. Säkerhetsprövningen görs i enlighet med bestämmelser i säkerhetsskyddslagen.
Det finns dock mångas olika yrken inom Säkerhetspolisen och ungefär hälften är polisutbildade. Exempel på andra yrken inom Säkerhetspolisen är till exempel tekniker, IT-specialister, samhällsvetare, jurister, ingenjörer och psykologer.
Det är Rekryteringsmyndigheten som fastställer kraven och tar hand om ansökningar till polisutbildningen. Polisutbildningen omfattar fem terminers heltidsstudier. I utbildningen ingår en sex månaders aspiranttjänstgöring i en polisregion. Utbildningen finns på fem orter i Sverige och går även att läsa på distans.
Efter godkända studier får du "studerande polisexamen". Därefter följer en termins aspirantutbildning på en polismyndighet. Blir du godkänd efter aspirantutbildningen är du behörig att söka anställning som polis.
Polisutbildningen finns i Umeå, Stockholm, Borås, Växjö och Malmö.
Grundläggande behörighet till polisutbildningen finns på flera av gymnasieskolans program.

As Head of Enterprise and Cyber security you will be a part of the data and digital organization at Zensact and report directly to our CDO. The enterprise and cyber security team works closely with the other teams within data and digital (Data management and innovation and Digital/Enterprise IT) as well as other parts of the business to make sure that the company and its assets are protected.
The Head of Enterprise and Cyber security is responsible for executing information security programs which include security governance, risk & compliance (GRC) policies, standards, leading and coordinating security processes and procedures meant to protect the information assets of our organization. You will be responsible for both enterprise and product security.
Your responsibility comprises:
o Direct and approve the design of security systems;
o Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested;
o Review and approve security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning;
o Approve identity and access policies;
o Review investigations after breaches or incidents, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities;
o Maintain a current understanding the IT threat landscape for the industry;
o Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations;
o Translate that knowledge to identification of risks and actionable plans to protect the business;
o Schedule periodic security audits;
o Oversee identity and access management;
o Make sure that cyber security policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel and that compliance is enforced;
o Constantly update the cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information;
o Brief the executive team on status and risks, including taking the role of champion for the overall strategy and necessary budget;
o Communicate best practices and risks to all parts of the business, outside IT.
To be successful in this role you should have extensive experience within the security area and should be able to teach and guide others. You need to be a team player and a leader that can inspire others. Since the security team is a small team you should be thrilled to also do dig into some operational work yourself. In addition we believe you meet the following requirements:
- 10 years of experience of working with Information and Cyber Security, last 5 years in a leading position.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a related field such as Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science etc.
- Certified within CISSP, SSCP, CISA, CISM
- Knowledge about NIST, CIS20, ISO27001,
- Experience from implementing policies
- Advantageous with experience from Rapid7 and Darktrace
- Insights in applicable laws and regulations.

About the position

You will be part of a dedicated team in functional safety and security. Together with the team, you will work to build up and secure the Electric/Electronic-system safety and security. With safety means no harm is caused, deliberately or not and security means that no deliberate harm is caused.
You will apply your knowledge and experience to analyze functional safety risks and identify functional safety requirements. Your will propose technical concepts and solutions. This requires identifying what the required safety functions are, assessment of the risk-reduction required by the safety function, ensuring the safety function performs to the design intent, verification, and providing proper documentation.
These activities are performed in a cross-functional manner involving colleagues from different Volvo organizations. You will contribute to the knowledge management activities in functional safety.
