Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
Okta, Ping Identity eller OneLogin
MFA-lösningar (t.ex. Duo, Microsoft Authenticator)
Kommunikativ förmåga – du arbetar ofta tvärfunktionellt i organisationen
IAM är förkortning på Identity and Access Management.

0TO9 is a bank for entrepreneurship, built by and for financial innovators. We provide infrastructure for entrepreneurs ready to start and scale the next generation of financial products and platforms. Founded in 2025, we're already 75+ co-workers across Europe, and growing fast. Our name reflects our mission: from zero to success, from idea to impact, from now to what's next.
The RoleWe're looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who enables our organization to grow. You'll be part of a team that delivers IT and cybersecurity to the companies in our portfolio, supporting them whether they're onboarding a new team, setting up a new office, or choosing the right tools.
This is a senior role with real strategic weight. You'll shape how we make forward-looking IT decisions on integrations, platforms and tooling, drive the development of our IT operations, and help us navigate technology choices as we scale. At the same time, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, when a new office needs screens, conference systems and a printer up and running, you're happy to make it happen. You take ownership, drive work forward independently, and work closely with the rest of the team on IT processes, security and regulatory work like GDPR and DORA.
What you'll doOwn IT operations for both central IT and our portfolio companies as they grow, from day-to-day support to being their long-term IT partner as their needs mature.
Deliver hands-on IT setup and support to our portfolio companies: onboarding, tooling, office setup, meeting and conference systems.
Drive a methodical, consolidated approach to software licenses, how we buy, manage and follow up on them, and manage the vendor relationships behind our IT portfolio.
Make sure the services we buy actually deliver on our contracts, requirements and expectations.
Be part of the team responsible for IT and cybersecurity, working hands-on with technical support and integrations and bringing a senior perspective.
Build the operating model for how we scale IT support to new portfolio companies as we grow today it might be five companies, tomorrow twenty.
A senior IT operations profile with broad, hands-on experience, comfortable being third-line support one moment and a strategic sparring partner the next.
Experienced with Google Workspace and at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
Structured and methodical in IT administration: licenses, vendors, agreements, follow-up.
A relationship builder who enjoys being the face of IT toward colleagues and portfolio companies, proactive, approachable and service-minded.
Project-oriented and self-driven, you can run initiatives end to end, but you're a doer at heart, not a pure project manager.
Comfortable in a fast-growing environment where things change quickly and no task is too big or too small.
Experience with cybersecurity operations, endpoint monitoring (e.g. CrowdStrike), code scanning, or guiding developers on secure practices.
A background close to development or IT product management, giving you an eye for how technical decisions play out over time.
Shape a role and a function that's being built from the ground up.
Real ownership from day one, no layers, no bureaucracy.
Work directly with the companies in our portfolio and see your work enable their growth.
Grow with us as we scale across Europe.

Myntro is a company in the middle of a transformation, shifting toward a more product- and technology-driven, data-enabled business. Now we are looking for a Technology Security Lead who wants to help shape how we build, operate, and secure our technology landscape for the future. Are you someone who enjoys turning security requirements into practical solutions, improving how things work, and making security part of everyday engineering? Then keep reading!
About The RoleAs a Technology Security Lead at Myntro, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the security foundation across our technology and product landscape. This is a first-line operational role within Technology & Product. You will work closely with our technical teams, the CISO, Risk & Compliance, and external partners to ensure that security requirements are understood, implemented, evidenced and continuously improved.
The role is hands-on and broad. You will work with security controls, ICT risk, incident follow-up, supplier security, audits, continuity, resilience and remediation activities. Your focus will be to make security work in practice, not only on paper.
You will help create structure in a complex environment, drive improvements through to completion, and support teams in building secure and resilient solutions.
In this role, you will:
Drive first-line execution of technology security and ICT control activities.
Translate security, risk, and regulatory requirements into practical actions.
Coordinate evidence and preparation for ISO, DORA, audits, and internal control reviews.
Track security gaps, findings, and remediation actions through to completion.
Support incident follow-up, continuity work, and resilience testing.
Coordinate supplier security and outsourcing control activities for technology services.
Act as the operational counterpart between Technology & Product, CISO, and Risk & Compliance.
We are looking for someone who enjoys making security practical. You understand that strong security is not just policies and documentation, it’s built through collaboration, good processes, clear ownership and consistent execution.
You like working close to technology teams, understanding how systems and processes actually work, and helping people turn requirements into improvements that make a real difference. You are structured, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing security needs with business priorities.
You take ownership, follow things through, and are not afraid to ask questions or challenge when something can be improved. At the same time, you know how to build trust and create alignment across different stakeholders.
We see that you likely have:
A degree in Information security, technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with technology security, ICT controls, IT operations or security governance.
Practical understanding of security frameworks and controls such as ISO 27001, DORA, incident management, or continuity planning.
Experience coordinating security activities, audits, evidence collection, or remediation efforts.
The ability to work effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
Experience from financial services, regulated industries, or complex technology environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
Why join Myntro? At Myntro, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how security is built into a company going through technological change. We are strengthening our technology foundation, modernizing our ways of working, and building the capabilities needed for the future.
Our culture is built on care, accountability, and the belief that the best results come from working together. Collaboration, customer focus, personal accountability, and simplicity are how we actually make decisions, not just words on a wall.
