Lediga job som Systemadministratör

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Kubernetes Platform Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You enjoy making Kubernetes boring in production, even when the workloads and organisational boundaries are anything but simple.

The partner operates container platforms used by several engineering teams. You will strengthen cluster reliability, developer workflows and platform security while reducing the specialist knowledge required for routine delivery.

The platform is treated as a service used by engineers and business teams. Success will be measured through safer change, lower operational friction and clearer ownership rather than the number of tools introduced.

The work combines planned platform development with investigation of real production behaviour. You will collaborate with application teams, security and operations, using their feedback to decide what should become a shared service, an automated control or clear documentation. Ownership continues after the first release.

As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. The role still includes hands on delivery; seniority here means broader judgement, not distance from the work.

• Build and operate Kubernetes platforms in cloud or hybrid environments.

• Automate cluster lifecycle, add ons and policy management.

• Create deployment templates and self service workflows.

• Improve ingress, networking, secrets and workload identity.

• Develop monitoring and capacity management practices.

• Support incidents and convert lessons into platform improvements.

• Production Kubernetes administration and engineering experience.

• Strong Linux, networking and container fundamentals.

• Infrastructure as code and GitOps delivery.

• Experience with observability and incident response.

• Scripting or software development in Python, Go or similar.

• Ability to work as an internal platform consultant.

• Service mesh or advanced network policy.

• OpenShift, AKS, EKS or GKE at scale.

• Platform engineering portals and golden paths.

Your background could be SRE, cloud engineering, Linux operations or backend development. You are interested in the behaviours of the entire platform and can distinguish a useful abstraction from one that hides critical information.

You will improve a platform that affects many engineering teams. The partner offers meaningful scale, visible operational outcomes and time to automate recurring work instead of accepting it as normal.

The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.

During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.

Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant system, product or transformation you have helped deliver. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into technology and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. You turn reliability from a vague ambition into explicit service targets, useful telemetry and engineering work with clear priorities.

The partner runs digital services where availability and latency directly affect customers. You will work with development teams to improve resilience, incident response and the systems used to understand production behaviour.

• Define service level indicators and objectives with product teams.

• Improve telemetry, alert quality and operational dashboards.

• Automate recurring operational tasks and recovery procedures.

• Lead or support incident response and blameless reviews.

• Test capacity, failure modes and disaster recovery.

• Influence architecture through production evidence.

• Strong production engineering or SRE experience.

• Good software development ability in Python, Go, Java or similar.

• Cloud, Kubernetes and infrastructure automation knowledge.

• Experience designing metrics, logs, traces and alerts.

• Calm incident leadership and structured problem solving.

• Professional English and collaborative communication.

• High traffic consumer or transaction platforms.

• Chaos engineering and resilience testing.

• Experience establishing SRE practices in a product organisation.

You may have grown from operations, software engineering or a platform team. What matters is that you can improve reliability through code and design, and that you understand both the technical and human sides of incidents.

The partner offers services with enough scale for reliability work to matter and enough openness for you to change how it is done. Your improvements will be visible in customer experience and engineering focus.

On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer. You see a repeated manual change as an invitation to design a safer system.

The partner is modernising infrastructure management across cloud and on premises environments. You will replace fragile procedures with tested automation and give operations teams clearer, repeatable ways to deliver change.

The platform is treated as a service used by engineers and business teams. Success will be measured through safer change, lower operational friction and clearer ownership rather than the number of tools introduced.

You will collaborate with application teams, security and operations, using their feedback to decide what should become a shared service, an automated control or clear documentation. Ownership continues after the first release.

You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions. The partner expects you to deliver independently within a clear area, ask for context early and contribute ideas grounded in what you observe. There is room to deepen your specialism or broaden toward adjacent responsibilities.

• Automate provisioning and configuration using code.

• Create reusable modules, roles and pipeline workflows.

• Integrate infrastructure changes with review and testing practices.

• Improve inventory, secrets and environment consistency.

• Support Windows and Linux services across hybrid estates.

• Investigate failures and remove their recurring causes.

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell or Python.

• Good Windows or Linux administration fundamentals.

• Understanding of networks, identity and infrastructure services.

• Experience using Git and automated delivery pipelines.

• Ability to document and communicate operational change.

• Professional English and methodical problem solving.

• VMware, Nutanix or public cloud platforms.

• Policy as code and automated compliance.

• Migration from ticket driven infrastructure processes.

You may have started in system administration, network operations or software support and moved toward automation. We want someone who understands why the manual process exists before replacing it.

The partner offers a broad environment and a clear mandate to reduce toil. You will build tools that colleagues use every day and develop deeper skills in platform engineering and infrastructure as code.

The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.
