Om jobbet
Do you enjoy coming up with marketing ideas and helping them develop into results?
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Gothenburg and help plan, execute, and evaluate marketing for SignOnDemand across our 14 European markets.
You'll work as part of the marketing team, helping plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our Content Team, Country Managers, and Sales teams. The role is mostly focused on digital marketing, but you'll also help out with direct mail campaigns.
The role is a great fit for someone who enjoys having several things going on at once, likes working with people, and wants to see their ideas turn into real results.
About the role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll help coordinate and support marketing activities across all our markets — working with both digital and traditional marketing, and helping us understand what's working and how to improve it.
Your work will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across our European markets
- Working with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, paid social, and other digital channels
- Planning and coordinating physical marketing activities such as flyers, direct mail, and trade fairs
- Working closely with the Content Team on campaigns, content, and marketing ideas
- Working with Country Managers to understand local markets and identify opportunities
- Analyzing campaign performance and using the results to improve future activities
- Testing new ideas, channels, and approaches to grow customer acquisition and revenue
- Helping track marketing spend and results
- Keeping ongoing campaigns on schedule
- Contributing ideas to our ongoing marketing activities
You won't be expected to do everything yourself — a big part of the role is bringing the right people together, keeping things moving, and making sure good ideas actually happen.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone curious, practical, and comfortable working with both people and numbers.
You might have some hands-on experience in digital marketing, or you could be earlier in your career and looking for a chance to grow. We care more about your ability, attitude, and willingness to learn than a perfect CV.
We believe you:
- Have experience in, or a strong interest in, digital marketing
- Understand the basics of Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and paid social
- Enjoy analyzing results and understanding what drives sales
- Are comfortable juggling several projects at once
- Are structured and good at tracking deadlines and details
- Enjoy working with others and sharing ideas
- Are proactive and willing to take responsibility
- Are interested in how marketing contributes to business results
- Are comfortable trying, testing, and sometimes failing — then trying something better
- Communicate well in English
Experience with traditional marketing, direct mail, trade fairs, print production, or similar is a plus.
A varied role in an international team
At SignOnDemand, we operate across 14 European markets, so there's always something happening. One day you might be planning a Google Ads campaign for Germany; the next, working with the Content Team on a new campaign for France, analyzing results from a direct mail activity, or helping prepare material for a trade fair.
You'll work closely with our Country Managers, Content Team, and other Gothenburg colleagues, so being a team player matters. We often run several projects in parallel and help each other out when needed.
Our Gothenburg office is an international, enthusiastic workplace with colleagues from across Europe. We like working hard, having fun, and celebrating when things go well.
About us
SignOnDemand is Europe's leading supplier of labeling solutions for electrical, plumbing, and ventilation installations.
Our products and services are sold online across Europe, with the goal of making life easier for professional installers by offering easy-to-order labeling products with fast delivery.
We're continuing to grow, and marketing plays an important role in that growth — meaning you'll have real opportunity to influence how we work and shape our marketing across Europe.
What we offer
- A broad marketing role with responsibility across 14 European markets
- The chance to work with both digital and traditional marketing
- A friendly, international, supportive team
- Short decision-making paths and plenty of room for your own ideas
- The chance to test new ideas and see the results of your work
- Good opportunities to develop your skills and grow with the company
- A workplace that encourages people to take responsibility and think for themselves
