  • Regional sales strategy development and execution for Digitalization and Industrial AI solutions
  • Opportunity identification and business development within the Oil & Gas, Fiber, Pulp & Paper, and Chemicals sectors
  • Pipeline development and management to achieve annual order intake and revenue targets
  • End-to-end leadership of complex sales engagements from opportunity discovery through contract award, with a focus on recurring software and services revenue
  • Executive stakeholder relationship management and translation of strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes

  What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in one of the Nordics languages
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales, Solution Sales or equivalent
  • Extensive professional experience in industrial sales, business development, or digital transformation sales, with a proven track record in target sectors
  • Strong consultative selling capability, focusing on business outcomes and ROI rather than just technology features
  • Technical expertise in digitalization, IT/OT integration, and process industry knowledge, including familiarity with IoT, predictive maintenance, and cloud models
  • Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and strategic thinking abilities

  • Pipeline development and management to achieve annual order intake and revenue targets
  • End-to-end leadership of complex sales engagements from opportunity discovery through contract award, with a focus on recurring software and services revenue

  What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in one of the Nordics languages
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales, Solution Sales or equivalent
  • Extensive professional experience in industrial sales, business development, or digital transformation sales, with a proven track record in target sectors
  • Strong consultative selling capability, focusing on business outcomes and ROI rather than just technology features
  • Technical expertise in digitalization, IT/OT integration, and process industry knowledge, including familiarity with IoT, predictive maintenance, and cloud models
