Om jobbet
Voyado is looking for a Content Strategist with native level English skills to join our Demand Generation team in Stockholm.
Our team is focused on new customer acquisition, with two core goals: engaging our target accounts and creating pipeline. Content plays a vital role in both, fueling our channels with expertise and strong points of view that give the right buyers a reason to engage with Voyado.
In this role, you’ll combine strategy with hands-on creation: setting the content roadmap and turning it into content that performs. You’ll have the freedom to shape how we approach content — bringing your own perspective on what we should do more of, what we could do better, and where we should try something new.
About the role
As Content Strategist, you’ll own the content roadmap for Demand Generation. You’ll translate our objectives into content priorities — identifying the audiences, topics, and points of view that matter, and choosing the right formats and channels to drive engagement and pipeline.
You’ll also be a hands-on creator, writing and producing much of the content yourself while using AI tools, freelancers, and agencies to help scale your impact.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working across events, paid media, SEO/GEO, website, video, webinars, and more. We’re not looking for someone to simply execute an existing playbook. We want you to bring your perspective, challenge how we do things today, and help shape what great content looks like at Voyado.
In this role, you will:
- Own the content roadmap, connecting our commercial objectives with the audiences, topics, and content we prioritize.
- Turn Voyado’s expertise and points of view into compelling content for our priority accounts and buyers.
- Create content hands-on, from thought leadership and articles to customer stories, guides, webinars, video, and campaign assets.
- Choose the right formats and channels for the objective and repurpose strong ideas to maximize their impact.
- Collaborate with experts and teams across Voyado to uncover ideas and fuel our demand generation channels with great content.
- Bring ideas for how our content, formats, and ways of working could be improved — and have the agency to put those ideas into practice.
- Use data, AI, and external partners to improve and scale, setting a high editorial standard while continuously learning what engages our target accounts.
Success in this role isn’t measured by how much we publish, but by the impact our content has on our two Demand Generation goals: target account engagement and pipeline.
Who you are
You’re a strategic content marketer who is equally comfortable setting the direction and doing the work. You know how to turn business objectives, audience needs, and subject-matter expertise into a clear content roadmap — and then bring it to life.
You’re a strong writer and storyteller who can make complex topics clear and engaging. You have a good eye for design and understand how copy, visuals, hierarchy, and format work together to make content stronger. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be comfortable bringing a visual perspective to your work and collaborating with designers to turn ideas into great content.
You’re curious, commercially minded, and collaborative. You have opinions about what good content looks like and aren’t afraid to bring them to the table. You’ll get direction and context from the team, but also plenty of room to define how you think content can best serve our goals.
We believe you have:
- Experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Experience developing content strategies tied to demand generation or commercial objectives.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, with native-level English proficiency.
- The ability to turn complex products, expertise, and positioning into compelling content.
- A good understanding of B2B buying journeys and a data-informed approach to content.
- Confidence using AI in your everyday workflow, combined with strong editorial judgment.
Bonus: You’ve built something of your own — a newsletter, podcast, community, personal channel, or another project that shows you understand what it takes to earn an audience.
What's in it for you?
You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged.
You’ll also join a Demand Generation team where there’s room to experiment. We want someone who brings ideas to us, including ideas we haven’t thought of yet.
Some of our benefits:
- 30 days of vacation
- Wellness allowance
- Personal development opportunities
- Summits and team activities
- Four days from the office and one day from home
