Job Description Summary

Responsible for overseeing the execution of an IT consulting solution in accordance with client’s contractually established terms and conditions. Coordinates the solution delivery for a particular system integration, product application, process redesign, or technology upgrade. Maintains timelines of deliverables, coordinates resources, and ensures compliance with all budgetary constraints A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include:. Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all service requests, enhancements, and delivery updates.

• Ensure all incoming requests are logged, tracked, and managed through appropriate systems.

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of the request pipeline.

• SLA & Performance Management (At region level)

• Vendor & Operational Management - coordinate daily activities with AMS vendors and technical teams.

• Manage operational communications, reducing ad-hoc interruptions for Application managers.

• Ensure effective resource allocation in collaboration with offshore/AMS teams.

• Issue & Escalation Management (At region level) - act as the first level of escalation for delivery issues, delays, and quality concerns.

• Drive resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
