Shape how Instabee plans, prioritises and grows.

Instabee has come a long way in a short time. We've built one of Europe's leading delivery companies through strong growth, acquisitions and continuous innovation. But we're still early in our journey, and the next chapter will require even better planning, sharper execution and smarter decision-making.

  That's where you come in.

We're looking for an ambitious, analytical and hands-on person to shape the next chapter of FP&A at Instabee. You'll work closely with our Director of Group FP&A & Treasury, the CFO and the Group Management Team and take ownership of some of Instabee's most important planning, performance management and strategic finance priorities.

Success in this role isn't measured by the analyses you produce, but by the decisions you help make.

  What you'll do

  You will:

  • Drive strategic planning, including our long-term plan, OKRs and initiatives.

  • Partner with the CFO on analyses, Board material, presentations and other high-impact projects.

  • Set direction and raise standards for how the Group approaches planning, forecasting, performance management and business steering.

  • Develop our FP&A capabilities, processes and tools - leveraging AI to fundamentally rethink how FP&A operates and creates value.

  • Build the models, analyses and management reporting that turn financial information into better decisions.

This isn't a role where everything is already in place. Some days you'll work on long-term strategy. Other days you'll improve forecasting, prepare management material or solve a business problem. We think the best finance leaders enjoy both.

  Who you are

You likely have experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar), or another highly analytical environment, with a track record of independently owning complex problems and influencing senior stakeholders.

  You probably thrive if you:

  • Have a genuine interest in finance, strategy and value creation.

  • Enjoy solving difficult problems and creating structure from ambiguity.

  • Like building and improving things - not just recommending them.

  • Take ownership and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves.

  • Communicate clearly and work well with senior stakeholders.

Previous FP&A experience isn't required. Analytical ability, curiosity and drive matter more.

  Why join?

You'll help shape both a company and a Finance function during an exciting stage of our journey.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, take ownership and help shape how Instabee plans, prioritises and creates value.

For the right person, this role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden their impact across Finance and grow into broader finance leadership.

  What you’ll get

We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like changes and want to set new processes and ways of working - this is the place for you!

Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we can also offer:

  • 🌇 Sky-High Office: Modern and newly renovated with a 360-degree view around Stockholm.

  • 🐶 Puppy Friendly: Bring your dog to work - we've got a whole floor for our furry friends!

  • 🏓 Fun & Games: Ping pong, Shuffleboard, Foosball, and even a Karaoke Room for your leisure time.

  • 👶 Parental Pay for Six Months: Step away from work and provide the best care and love to your little one.

  • 🎂 A Day Off on Your Birthday: We love to celebrate, so enjoy your birthday to the fullest with a day off each year!

  • ⏰ Hybrid setup and flexible working hours

  Get to know us

In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.

  You will:

  • Drive strategic planning, including our long-term plan, OKRs and initiatives.

  Om jobbet

Are you ready to shape and lead the strategic commercial expansion for one of the market’s fastest-growing parcel locker networks?

As our Senior Business Development Manager | Locker Network, you will be a key driver behind our group-wide growth. In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our network expansion strategy, cultivate high-value B2B partnerships, and equip local market teams with the frameworks, tools, and best practices needed to lead in their respective markets.

  About the Role

Your core mission is to build sustainable commercial momentum across all markets. You will bridge high-level strategy with hands-on enablement—ranging from supporting local sales teams in securing contracts with major international retail accounts to establishing scalable "Ways of Working" that empower local sales teams to exceed their goals.

You will be part of the central Group Network team, working closely alongside Country Managers and local Network Managers as a strategic partner, advisor, and enabler.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Group-Level Business Development & Key Accounts: Support markets in building long-term, deep partnerships with major strategic accounts. Develop compelling commercial concepts and value propositions that establish us as a preferred partner.

  • Strategy & Target Alignment: Translate group-level growth strategies into clear priorities and targets for local teams. Drive engagement, momentum, and shared success across markets through close collaboration with local sales leaders.

  • Effective "Ways of Working": Identify high-performing local practices and scale them across the group. Build best-in-class commercial toolkits, including pitch decks, value proposition case studies, partner insight, and sales training modules.

  • Local Team Enablement & Sounding Board: Serve as a trusted advisor to local leadership and sales teams. Help markets structure their commercial setups, navigate complex contract negotiations, and refine sales tactics.

  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor network developments, and location dynamics. Capture local insights to ensure strategy and resources remain aligned with market realities.

  Who You Are

We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong business acumen and a track record of driving sales results. You thrive in international environments, excel at building scalable frameworks from the ground up, and lead naturally through collaboration, trust, and influence rather than top-down authority.

  What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic Key Account Management at a senior level.

  • Proven ability in driving commercial success through one or several teams.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style that inspires and aligns cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Experience acquiring space or negotiating partnerships within retail, real estate, or public/logistics infrastructure.

Don't check every single box? If you have strong B2B commercial leadership experience and are excited about driving cross-market growth, we strongly encourage you to apply.

  What you'll get

We can promise you'll be challenged, grow fast, and work alongside genuinely excellent people. If you like shaking things up and building new ways of working from scratch — this is your place.

Beyond the usual essentials, we've also got:

👶 Six months' parental pay: Step away and give your little one everything they need

🎂 A day off on your birthday: Because you deserve to celebrate properly

⏰ Hybrid & Flexible: Work the way that works for you

Diversity and inclusion matter deeply to us. We are committed to building a workplace where every perspective is valued, different leadership styles thrive, and everyone has room to grow.

  How to Apply

Ready to take the next step in your career? Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible!

Note on our process: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy workplace, all candidates applying to Instabee in Sweden will undergo a background check conducted by Svensk Bakgrundsanalys. This review examines public criminal records and is a mandatory step in our recruitment process. While the results are public information, we handle all data with the utmost confidentiality.
