CFO for an international business - Ledigt jobb hos PS Partner AB

We are looking for a senior finance leader who combines strong financial expertise with commercial understanding. You will join an international business backed by US-based owners and work closely with the CEO to strengthen reporting, performance management and future growth.

As CFO, you will lead group finance, reporting and the Swedish finance team. You will report to the CEO, join the management team and act as a trusted partner on profitability, risk, investments and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Group accounting, consolidation and reporting to the US owners

• Budgeting, forecasting, KPIs and performance reviews

• Development and digitalisation of the finance function

• International finance, foreign exchange and banking relationships

• Support in business development, contracts and future M&A

• Overall responsibility for IT and selected administrative matters

You are an experienced CFO, Finance Director or senior finance leader with strong expertise in accounting and group consolidation. You have worked in an international environment and are comfortable reporting to owners or a wider group.

You are analytical, commercially minded and trusted. You work confidently with both strategic issues and financial detail and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
