You build trust through integrity, clarity, and strong collaboration skills, and you thrive in a role where you can influence not only security, but also business performance, culture, and ways of working.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

· Several years of experience in senior security, risk management, or related disciplines. · Proven leadership experience and a track record of driving development and change within complex organizations. · A strong understanding of how security can be integrated into business governance and operational processes. · Experience working with strategic initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement. · The ability to engage stakeholders, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively across organizational levels. · Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
