• You will support the development and optimization of assembly manufacturing operations.
• You will work with assembly methods and help improve how production is planned and executed.
• You will create, update and refine work instructions that support efficient and consistent assembly processes.
• You will contribute to PFMEA work and strengthen quality and risk awareness in production.
• You will collaborate closely with production teams and support functions to identify improvement opportunities and drive practical solutions.
• You will use your improvement mindset to help create more effective and robust ways of working in manufacturing.

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Engineer in assembly manufacturing environments.
• MSc degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Experience with assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing.
• You are self-driven, improvement-oriented, and comfortable collaborating closely with production teams and support functions.

• Experience from large-scale industrial manufacturing environments.
