Acne Studios is looking for a Head of Creative Studio to be responsible for the overall marketing studio delivery. In this role, you will work to ensure that all collateral produced by the studio (brand campaigns, product launches, fashion show concepts, collection presentations, special projects and moving image etc.) is delivered to an exceptionally high standard, and underpinned by an ambitious and integrated strategic quality.
The role reports to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities
· Be a brand guardian for Acne Studios. Ensure that the creative output is in line with project and brand objectives, with a consistency across all creative touch points
· Working closely with an ‘Editor-in-chief’ and their flat plan; Ensure that all material from the Marketing studio meets and exceeds those expectations
· Work closely with the Studio Manager in order to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and budgets
· Oversee artistic direction from concept development, production to final delivery. Always with an ambition to push design boundaries and to strengthen the brand.
· Heavily involved with all aspects of production with an excellent knowledge of Photographers, directors and stylists etc. Confidently discuss with management choice of photographer, stylist and casting etc. for each production.
We are looking for someone with
· Bachelor’s degree within Art Direction or Visual communication
· Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Art Director or similar in the fashion industry
· Experience as a Creative Director / Director of Creative Services
· Confident in managing a creative studio and being responsible for overall creative output

We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager for Dynapac Compaction as our present holder will take up another challenge within Business Unit Compaction.
To further innovate and optimize our offer of rollers with Customer Value in mind, we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager BU Compaction, who will take the full portfolio management responsibility for asphalt and soil rollers, covering all factories (Karlskrona, Sweden; Sorocaba, Brazil; Pune, India, China; Tianjin)
The position is based in Karlskrona, Sweden, and you will work together with a committed team and be a member of the Business Unit Compaction Management team. You will report to Vice President BU Compaction.
Mission:
Your mission will be to:
- Optimize the product portfolio offer for all kinds of heavy sit-on rollers with our product brand promise “Designed to Perform, Built to Last” in mind with SWOT analyses and Masterplan for full product offering
- Increase market share with at least +1% per annum, and strongly strive for profitable growth
- Product life cycle management
- Analyze the market requirements of a global market, both for premium and value products.
- Develop and lead our product planning process, and visualize our product strategies
- Prepare solid master specifications for new products development, in close cooperation with the responsible product managers.
- Optimize global sales within the segment together with our regional General Managers in Sales
- Be a key member in the product development process, interacting on a daily level with all players in this process.
- Analyze full and objective market information, both for a commercial, pricing as well as technical and competitive viewpoint
- Support the timely availability of the products, and its documentation.
- Support on an international level our business marketing activities with product- and application knowledge, trainings, as well as value propositions and product feature argumentation
- Be responsible for the most optimum product portfolio for all markets, irrespective the origin
- Lead the Global Marketing Compaction team
Experience:
We are looking for a person with a solid experience in product management and product marketing
- In depth knowledge of the global roller business is a major advantage.
- Solid knowledge of the Dynapac products and our product development process is a must.
- Sales experience is meriting
Educational requirements:
You have a university degree in engineering or marketing. You are fluent in English and other languages is a major advantage.

Tetra Pak is looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for driving Marketing activities within North Europe, with focus on Nordic markets. In this role, you will be leading our business intelligence work and projects and work with customers to further drive Tetra Pak’s business by deploying marketing services programme as suitable per customer. Your key stakeholders will be Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Sustainability and Communication as well as Marketing Directors and Marketing Managers of customers. In this position you will have functional responsibility but not any direct reports.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and reports to the Marketing Director Market North Europe. Travelling for this role amounts to approximatively 25%.
What you will do
- Be the lead person on Business intelligence. Analysing data and formulate recommendations as well as define future intelligence requirements for the North Europe markets in liaison with Manager and Cluster Business Intelligence. Sparring partner for the local marketing managers on data and research. Drive and support research projects as needed, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Participating in development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of the markets covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
- Participating in identifying market growth opportunities aligned with the strategy and prioritized growth initiatives, deploying, and executing value-driven activities.
- Identifying new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories. Champion these requirements with the team and the cluster product organisation.
- Prepare and drive customer meetings related to marketing.
- Working closely with customers and key account teams to secure alignment and deliver best customer value, e.g., delivering marketing services for key customers. Analysing and using research data with customers. Apply market and business intelligence to company opportunities, drive sustainability and portfolio discussions proactively
- Managing Market Promotional Investment for marketing activities spend and follow up and control in accordance with rules and processes.
- Drive and ensure a strong marketing relationship with Sales and Business Development team to ensure that the prioritized strategic growth initiative is supported from a marketing perspective with insights and value-driven activation accordingly.
- Participating and leading specific cross-border & cross-team projects and meetings within North Europe.
Who you are
To be successful in this position, you need to have at least 8 years of BTB and/or BTC Marketing experience, preferably gained as a category or product manager within an international company where sustainability is a key driver. Experience in working with data and research, i.e., retail tracking data and qualitative & quantitative research, as well as experience in setting up briefs/ questionnaires and being a sounding board to others in the area. As this is a role that requires strong collaboration across the organisation, experience in a matriceal set-up is a big plus. You have professional skills in business intelligence, cross-portfolio, marketing communication, category management, understand the importance of using digital going forward.
As a person, you are dynamic, structured, and have a creative mind. You are a self-driven person that looks for opportunities and naturally brings good energy to the teams and people you work with. You understand the importance of strategic work and take ownership of valuable tactical execution of projects as well as you like to work with customers. You have strong communication skills, equally adaptable in written/verbal communication and presentation situations, engaging people at all levels in a natural and collaborative way. We believe you have:
- University/college degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
- Experience within B2B and B2C marketing, while understanding of the FMCG marketing principles counts as a big plus.
- Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer skills on a high level in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI as well as Retail tracking data.
- Availability to visit customers, so driving licence is required.
