Vi hjälper våra kunder med produktutveckling och förbättringar samtidigt som vi hoppar in som resursförstärkning på våra kunders konstruktionsavdelningar. Arbetet handlar främst om arbete i CAD även om vi är med i flera steg i våra kunders produktutveckling.
Vi vill att du som söker har erfarenhet av CAD genom arbete eller utbildning. På Prodeva arbetar vi med Solid Works så kunskaper inom detta är meriterande men vi välkomnar även dig som har kunskaper i likvärdiga program att söka.
Stor vikt kommer att läggas på dina personliga egenskaper och vi söker någon som både passar och kompletterar vår grupp.
Arbetet utförs på vårt kontor i Värnamo samt ute hos våra kunder vilket gör att körkort och tillgång till egen bil är ett krav.

The ESS Controls group is responsible for in-house developed battery management software used in all Volvos’ electric products, such as, busses, trucks, construction equipment, and marine applications. Each team plan their work and deliver solutions together according to SAFe and Agile methods. The responsibility covers the full product life-cycle, from design, software implementation and calibration to verification and maintenance in customer end products.
Who are you?
You will be a member of an Agile team and have the responsibility for defining, populating and executing the team’s backlog with input from System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders. Leading the necessary activities to safeguard both features and quality. These activities include prioritization of software implementation, defining technical roadmaps including both functional and non-functional requirements and governance of product branch plans.
To be successful in this position you need to be a technical leader of the team with strong collaboration/networking skills and have an analytic mindset of a true problem solver. You have a long experience from the automotive industry, system development and software development.
In addition, we believe you have the following:
- Master of Science in control systems, mechatronics, electrical engineering, signal processing, or engineering physics.
- Have experience as a technical leader or an Agile product owner role.
- High proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink based modelling/analysis.
- Have experience with embedded software development for control applications.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- 6-10 years of experience from Embedded software development design & development
Any experience with electro-thermal and ageing dynamics of Lithium-ion batteries along with battery state estimation and control algorithms will be meritorious.
Automotive experience, TargetLink, C/C++, Embedded SW/HW, Control Theory, HIL, CAN, LIN, ISO 26262, J1939, Autosar, Systems Engineering.
